Refund & Returns Policy

At Gift Gift, all items are produced to order. This policy explains when and how you may return products and how refunds are handled.


1. Right to Request a Return

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Undamaged and unused

  • In a condition suitable for resale

  • Returned, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging

Returns must be requested by contacting us at giftgiftrefund@gmail.com with your order number before sending any item back.


2. Made-to-Order Products

All products are manufactured individually upon order. Production timeframes vary by product and are stated on the relevant product page. These production periods are separate from the returns window described in this policy.


3. Customer Responsibility for Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied:

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless required by law.


4. Diminished Value of Returned Goods

You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

If the returned item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value.


5. Inspection and Refund Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

  • Subject to any deductions for diminished value (if applicable)


6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, and

  • Cover any reasonable return shipping costs.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse a return if:

  • The item has been damaged after delivery

  • It has been used beyond reasonable inspection

  • It is returned without prior contact or outside the return period

This does not affect your statutory rights.
