1. Made-to-Order Production
All items are produced individually once an order has been placed.
Production timeframes vary depending on the product and are shown within each product description on our Website.
Production time refers to the time required to manufacture your item and is separate from shipping time.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after full payment has been received.
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes (where provided) are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers or courier services
- Customs clearance processes (for international orders)
- Incorrect address details supplied at checkout
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and selected delivery method.
These costs are non-refundable unless required by law or where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5. International Shipping
We may ship to locations outside the United Kingdom.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
7. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Once tracking confirms delivery, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after that point.
8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
